Medstar Health provides care coordination and operational support services in the United States. Our services may include support for Chronic Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring, Principal Care Management, Behavioral Health Integration, Transitional Care Management, patient engagement, care gap closure, reporting, documentation support, and billing-support workflows.

2. Use of the Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

Use the website for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;

Interfere with or disrupt website operation;

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;

Medstar Health may support operational care coordination activities on behalf of healthcare practices, but clinical responsibility remains with the applicable provider or practice.

5. Services for Healthcare Practices

Medstar Health provides care coordination, patient engagement, documentation, reporting, and billing-support services to healthcare practices under separate written agreements.

If you are a healthcare practice, physician, clinic, or provider organization, your use of Medstar Health’s services may also be governed by a separate master services agreement, business associate agreement, statement of work, order form, or other written contract.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately executed written agreement, the written agreement will control for the services covered by that agreement.

6. Patient Communications

Medstar Health may do communications with patients using  software solutions. These communications may include care management outreach, appointment-related follow-up, enrollment support, consent workflows, remote monitoring follow-up, care gap coordination, or other healthcare-related communications.

Communications from Medstar Health or its representatives are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Patients should contact their healthcare provider for clinical questions.

In case of emergency, call 911 or local emergency services immediately.

7. SMS, Calls, and Electronic Communications

By providing your phone number, email address, or other contact information, you agree that Medstar Health or a healthcare practice working with Medstar Health may contact you for service-related, healthcare-related, administrative, or informational purposes, where permitted by law.

SMS or text messages may be used for care coordination, appointment reminders, follow-ups, program communications, or other healthcare-related purposes.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP where supported. For help, reply HELP or contact the applicable healthcare practice.

Medstar Health does not sell SMS opt-in data or consent information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. User Submissions

If you submit information through the website, including contact forms, demo requests, messages, or inquiries, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

You should not submit sensitive health information through general website forms unless specifically instructed through an authorized and secure process.

You may not share access credentials with unauthorized persons.

11. Client Systems and EHR Access

Where Medstar Health is granted access to a healthcare practice’s EHR, patient data, workflow systems, or other Client systems, such access will be governed by written agreement and applicable law.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that Medstar Health has appropriate authorization, permissions, and role-based access necessary to perform the agreed services.

Medstar Health will use Client systems only for authorized service purposes.

12. Compliance Responsibilities

Medstar Health aims to support healthcare practices with structured, compliant, and audit-ready workflows. However, each healthcare practice remains responsible for its own clinical decisions, billing decisions, coding decisions, payer submissions, documentation review, supervision requirements, and compliance with applicable healthcare laws.

Medstar Health may provide operational, documentation, time-capture, reporting, and billing-support workflows, but does not guarantee reimbursement, payer approval, audit results, or financial outcomes.

13. Billing and Revenue Information

Any revenue estimates, reimbursement references, examples, calculators, case studies, or financial projections on the website are illustrative only.

Actual results may vary based on patient eligibility, enrollment, payer rules, documentation, coding, provider participation, program design, billing practices, patient engagement, and other factors.

Medstar Health does not guarantee revenue, reimbursement, collections, payer acceptance, or specific financial results.

14. Intellectual Property
